Preference for full ownership and control to maximize strategic and sovereign advantages.
EBITDA: $5-$10 Million
Lower middle market businesses with meaningful cash flow and a strong base for growth.
Experienced Management Team
Stable leadership team with operating experience and continuity through transition.
