Program Description
Seneca Holdings is the investment arm of the Seneca Nation of Indians. We actively identify, invest in, and
partner with new and existing business opportunities that capitalize on the Seneca Nation’s substantial
advantages inherent in its status as a sovereign nation.
Seneca Holdings is seeking interns for an 8-week Summer Internship Program intended for college
undergraduates. Selected applicants will have the opportunity to work across multiple business functions,
including Corporate Development; Finance & Accounting; Business Development; Federal Contracting; Human
Resources (HR); Legal & Compliance; Information Technology; and/or Marketing & Communications.
This internship program includes a mentorship program, job shadowing, various projects across the
organization, and professional development consultations with HR and Talent Acquisition. Selected interns will
have two mandatory week-long trips to the Washington, DC, corporate office; travel and housing expenses will
be covered. Applicants are expected to participate in the entire 8-week program.

Application Requirements
a) An interest in and intention to pursue a career in a business-related field.
b) Experience working with/or a commitment to Tribal communities.
c) Enrolled Seneca Nation of Indians preferred.
d) Resident of the United States.

Application Process
A complete application requires the following:
a) Current resume detailing education, work/intern experience, and other relevant experience.
b) At least two references (preferably from faculty or employers).
c) A copy of your most recent transcripts.
d) A short essay detailing: your interest in business; how it relates to your career interests; and the
economic development of the Seneca Nation.
